Meet Tumi

Originally from Nigeria, Tumi Ajibola moved to the United States to pursue higher education, and she settled in San Jose in 2015. Tumi offers dedication, attention to detail, and personal accountability to the Bay Area market, including San Jose, Los Gatos, Santa Clara, Cupertino, Alameda, Oakland, and San Francisco. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in public policy from the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government. Currently, she is pursuing her Master of Business Administration to better serve her clients. Tumi began her career in international development, learning the nuances of communication across cultures. After buying her first home in San Jose, Tumi earned her real estate license in 2020 to have a more direct impact on her community.

She finds the most efficient solution to any problem and keeps up-to-date on all of the market’s shifts. An expert communicator, Tumi knows how to listen to her clients’ needs and always treats them with integrity, honesty, and respect. Her ultimate goal is to make sure that everyone has a home that they love.

 

Tumi is a strong advocate for her community. She volunteers with multiple local organizations, emphasizing women’s rights and strengthening relationships between San Jose’s diverse demographics. In her spare time, Tumi loves playing tennis, hiking, baking, and watching K-dramas. She is a proud mother to three wonderful children, and she loves exploring new cities and countries with her family.
