We have many realtors in our network, but we chose to work with Sonny after hearing high praises from several of our friends who had worked with him. I can truly say that he did not disappoint. Since this was a huge purchase for us, we had many questions about every property. Sonny patiently answered all of them and even provided additional insights that were helpful for making decisions. There was never a point where we felt any pressure to be pushed into a home that wasn't right for us. We completely trust Sonny and his guidance, as he has proven countless times during the process that he is looking out for us. One thing we were particularly sensitive about was the building materials and health impacts of various home choices. Sonny did an amazing job educating us about environmental issues (Superfund zones, etc.) as well as hazards within various homes. He took our concerns to heart, and we were able to find an amazing home in our preferred neighborhood that was remodeled in a way that addressed many hazardous materials (asbestos, etc.). During the bidding process, his reputation with other Bay Area agents really shone. The home was a hot property, and we knew it would be very competitive. Sonny’s advanced analytics helped us determine a price for the home with a probability distribution. The listing agent gave preference to our offer, and it was accepted without any counters, even though there were multiple offers very close to ours. It took us time to find the right home, but when we did, we received the appropriate guidance and support to get the deal closed.
